Compare Sight is a product operated by Hakkiloo Digital Agency, a Sole Proprietorship based in Karnataka, India. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Hakkiloo Digital Agency as the operator of Compare Sight.

We keep data collection limited to what the service actually needs:

• Email address — when you choose to provide it to unlock a full report or to receive communications.
• Website URLs you submit — the site (and any competitor or comparison sites) you ask us to analyze.
• Optional target market / region — if you provide one to focus the analysis.
• Basic usage and analytics data — such as rate-limiting identifiers and general, aggregated usage of the service, used to keep it running reliably.

We use the information above to:

• Provide the analysis service and generate your reports.
• Send you reports and related communications, if you have given us your email.
• Prevent abuse and keep the service available for everyone (for example, applying rate limits).
• Understand usage and improve the product over time.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your submitted URLs to build profiles of you.

To run Compare Sight, we rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers that may process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Railway — the page-fetching service that retrieves the content of submitted URLs.

To generate the analysis itself, the URLs you submit (and the content fetched from them) are processed through third-party AI services, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google.

We also use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for sending email. These support upcoming paid and email features and handle the relevant data when those features are in use.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy and security terms.

Compare Sight uses your browser’s localStorage to make the service work smoothly — for example, to remember whether you have already provided your email and to support rate limiting. This information stays in your browser.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use this storage to track you across other websites.

We retain the data described above for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet our legal obligations, and improve the product. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, just email us at raja@hakkiloo.com and we’ll help. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

Compare Sight is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the service.
