Terms of Service

By accessing or using Compare Sight (“the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by Hakkiloo Digital Agency, a Sole Proprietorship based in Karnataka, India.

Compare Sight is an AI-powered competitive and AI-visibility analysis tool. You submit a website URL (and optionally a target market), and we generate an analysis of how the site compares and how AI systems may represent it.

The results are informational only and are AI-generated. They are synthesized from third-party and AI sources and are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated results can be incomplete or incorrect, so you should independently verify anything important before relying on it.

When using Compare Sight, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or attempt to extract the underlying service, data, or models beyond normal use of the product.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service.
• Submit content or URLs you do not have the right to submit, or that infringe the rights of others.

Rate limits apply to keep the service available and fair for everyone.

Compare Sight currently offers a free tier. Paid plans are upcoming. When paid plans become available, additional terms (including pricing and billing) and our Refund Policy will apply to them.

The Compare Sight service, including our software, content, design, and branding, is owned by Hakkiloo Digital Agency and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or materials beyond using the service as intended.

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide (such as the URLs and market information you submit). You grant us the rights needed to process those inputs in order to provide the service to you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis will be accurate or complete. Because results are AI-generated, they may contain errors or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hakkiloo Digital Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the analysis the service provides. You use the service, and any results it produces, at your own discretion and risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located there.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
