Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Compare Sight plans. We want it to be simple and fair.

Scope of this policy

Compare Sight currently offers a free tier, and paid plans are upcoming. This Refund Policy applies to those paid plans once they become available. Hakkiloo Digital Agency operates Compare Sight and handles all refund requests.

7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a paid purchase or the start of a subscription. To request a refund, simply email us at raja@hakkiloo.com from the address associated with your purchase, and let us know which purchase you’d like refunded.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and confirm your request:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed, and additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect it.
  • We may ask for basic details to verify the purchase before issuing a refund.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan will not renew, and you’ll keep access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. After the 7-day refund window, cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
